About Peepz

We have a large national database of candidates available, these include:

Our client base are either marketing and event agencies that book candidates for their events. Or, FMCG companies that want to role out national campaigns. We often manage collateral for our clients and ensure they are executed effectively. Our pricing makes it cost effective for both parties to benefit from using Peepz.

We guarantee our candidates payment 14 days after the booking, unless this falls on a weekend, which would then be paid on the next working day, or unless the client has a problem with the performance of the candidate. The invoice is automatically generated and can be downloaded from the system. Our Enterprise plan allows clients to request a CE, issue us with a PO and negotiate terms of payment.

Candidates are reviewed after every gig. This gives you as the client the opportunity to select candidates with 5 star ratings and trust that the candidate that you choose will deliver for you and your brand.

Once a candidate has accepted the booking you can start chatting to them. Peepz comes with a built in messaging platform so that you discuss the intricacies of your brand, event or activation directly with the candidate. 

Peepz sends candidates an sms and email whenever there is a request, or message. We send out reminders to ensure that everyone is aware of the up-coming booking. Clients receive updates daily until their booking is confirmed and all their staff are booked. Peepz automates the entire agency booking process.

When clients create a booking they will be asked to enter the basic information about the event. If you need to upload a PDF or Powerpoint document for further reading you can add it to the booking. The candidate can download it directly from their email. You may also arrange an on-site training or screening of candidates before your event. The Peepz support team can help you facilitate this, although most clients only do this if it is a larger campaign.

Agencies: Free up hours of admin time and focus on what’s important, your clients and their events/activations. You don’t need to manage staff anymore. We keep a database of the candidates you have used in the past and you can book them again at the click of a button. No more large payment runs, Peepz automates all payments for you.
